Reservation Information
Stone Meadow Resort is nestled in the beautiful hills of Eureka Springs, AR. Our private cottages allow you to relax and enjoy your stay in peace and quite that only a countryside resort can offer. Stone Meadow Resort is situated on 14 acres of green pasture and offers walking trails, horseshoes, outdoor chess and bird watching. We accept Master Card, Visa, Cash, Money Order or Personal Check ($15 charge on all returned checks).
To guarantee a reservation, please provide a credit card number with expiration date.
We require one night’s rental as a deposit. Upon receipt of money order/personal check or credit card information, a confirmation of your reservation will be emailed to you. 
Occupancy Rates:
Based on double occupancy.
$15/person charge for additional guests.
Well mannered children are welcome
Pets are welcome
Check In: 3pm to 11pm

14-day cancellation policy:
All cancellation made less than 14 days before reservation arrival date will be charged for one night,
unless room can be re-rented for the entire reservation.
All cancellation made 14 days or more before your reservation arrival date will be refunded one night
rental minus a $15 processing fee.
Refund Policy:
No refunds are available for early departures, room changes or no shows.
No shows will be charged for entire reservation.
