Our Policies

We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Cash or Money Orders. To guarantee a reservation, please provide a credit card number with expiration date. Upon receipt of money order/personal check or credit card information, a confirmation of your reservation will be emailed to you. Credit card is to guarantee your stay, upon arrival you may pay with cash, personal check or credit card.

Occupancy Rates:
Based on double occupancy.
$15/person charge for additional guests.
Well mannered children are welcome
Pets are welcome

Check In:    After 3:00pm
Check Out: 11am

14-Day Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations made in less than 14 days before reservation arrival date will be charged a minimum of one night or 50% of your entire reservation, unless cottage can be re-rented for the entire reservation.

Refund Policy:
No refunds are available for early departures, cottage changes or no shows.

No Show Policy
No shows, guest that do not phone or email to cancel their reservation will be charged the full amount of their reservation.

Pet Policy:
Pets are accepted, if you do not have a credit card on file a $50.00 cash pet deposit is due at check in.  Deposits will be refunded only if no pet damage is found in rental area. Any pet damage found will forfeit deposit. If no pet damage is found a check for $50 will be mailed to guests within 5 business days.
Pets must be keep on leash when outside of cottages.
Pets may only weigh up to 55 lbs.

Housekeeping Policy:
Cottage/cabin is stocked to keep you comfortable for four days, and of course, should you need anything please let us know.  For stays of 5 days or longer, we provide at least one freshen-up service.

Stone Meadow Resort caters to all dietary needs. Please inform us about special needs when making your reservation.

For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is only permitted on cottage out door patios
